Web was the only piece I was missing. When the opportunity to have a web site through you became available, I thought why not try this and see how it goes. I’d recommend this to anyone if they would like to streamline their time educating patients.
What have I got to lose? This is a free service and my patients have said the info posted was very helpful since they couldn't find it on the internet.
I have received many favorable comments from my patients, and they all say how easy it is to use.
I have used this to communicate with my colleagues – to share training and education tips with them.
It has been great for my support group. It saves me time. I no longer email out the next meeting. They can go on the website anytime and see what's going on.
I like being able to link to the web sites that I also refer them to. It’s a great tool.
Patients like how easy it is to use, especially the log sheets that they can download quickly.
Giving patients access to some of the information before class helps them come prepared – which only improves their understanding of the material. It also helps decrease questions and allows me to cover all the information during class without running out of time.
Patients like to keep up to date with our community events. This is a wonderful service for my patients.
